Project description: This project is a new public park project for Dorchester County located on an 87-acre site on the Ashley River featuring an Outfitters Building, Restroom/Pavilion facility, a centrally located restroom building, interactive splash pad, dog parks, playground areas, outdoor event space, kayak launch, natural walking trails with boardwalks, fishing piers in the large onsite pond, parking lots and walkways, internal park roadways, preserved wetlands and natural tree save areas.
