Project description: This 190-unit multi-family project consists of two major buildings – the building at rest facing the pedestrian oriented Huger St and the building in motion facing the crosstown connector. A central connector provides access to the amenities including an outdoor pool.
A landscaped paseo with an alley of palm trees and combined bike rack planters links the buildings to the adjacent brewery.
