Project description: This project consists of an approx. 30,000 SF upfit in an old grocery store. The floor plan consists of classrooms, biology labs, HVAC training areas, offices, student common areas, and a computer lab. Interior finishes will include LVT flooring, wood doors, plastic laminate cabinets, and acoustic ceilings.
