Project description: The project consists of the historic renovation of a 63,000 SF industrial warehouse space into brewery and event space. Mashburn Construction and Lambert Architecture will work together as the Design-Builder of Record on the project to provide Design and Preconstruction Services as well as Historical Consulting and full Construction Services. The shell work is currently underway while we complete Schematic Design and Pricing.
