Project description: The building will hold the City of Orangeburg Utility Crews for water, waste water, gas and electrical along with joint assembly space. The project is on 23 acres and consists of a 36,000 SF precast concrete building with a structural steel frame with a standing seam metal roof. There will also be a 27,000 SF pre-engineered building that will provide covered areas for vehicle and equipment storage.
