Project description: Studio 2LR is working with County of Lexington Department of Economic Development, LCK, and MB Kahn Construction on a 104,000 SF speculative building at the Saxe Gotha Industrial Park in Lexington County. The building is expandable to 195,000 SF and will sit on a 17-acre site with access to I-26 and I-77.
