Project description: Cason Development Group has partnered with Columbia commercial real estate broker Ben Brantley to accelerate development of the Shop Grove Commerce Park.
The partners believe the 38-acre Shop Grove Commerce Park, ideally located off the Shop Road extension, is well suited for wholesale, light assembly, warehousing and distribution operations of less than 100,000 square feet. Current tenants in the area include TireHub, South Carolina Air Distributor, FedEx Ground, and Carrier Enterprise.
