ST. GEORGE, SC– The construction team at Cohn Corporation has completed the new Southeastern distribution and warehousing project for Dockside Logistics, LLC. Dockside Logistics, LLC worked with Dorchester County to establish a location in South Carolina that could handle their growing demand in the Charleston market. The nearly 100,000 SF facility includes an expansive loading dock with 2-acre truck court and large parking lot for employees. In addition to the exterior improvements, Cohn Corporation upfitted all of warehouse space, complete with a 2,500 SF structural steel mezzanine, 6,800 SF of finished office space and installed the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.
