CHARLESTON, SC – Landmark Construction Co., Inc. announces the hire of Kevin Elmore as Assistant Project Manager. Mr. Elmore is responsible for processing daily reports and logs, managing project recourses, tasks, scheduling, budgets, and deliverables. Elmore will also conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, managing subcontractors, and calculating estimates.
Elmore is a graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In joining Landmark, Elmore brings with him 19 years of oversight and project management in the construction industry from franchise chain leasing and retrofitting to $2.9 million heavy civil projects such as the City of North Charleston Road Resurfacing project.
