THOMAS & HUTTON ANNOUNCES NEW SOUTH CAROLINA PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS
Mount Pleasant, SC, January 11, 2021 — Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce their newest licensed Professional Engineers (PE) in the state of South Carolina, Bryce Lemon and Eric Pinto. Bryce passed the PE Civil exam with the Civil: Water Resources and Environmental breadth section. Eric passed the PE Civil exam with the Civil: Structural breadth section. Both Bryce and Eric have satisfied the experience requirement needed to obtain the PE license.
Bryce Lemon joined Thomas & Hutton in June of 2016 and is a Project Engineer in our Charleston Civil Department. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron. In his role as Project Engineer, Bryce is responsible for planning, designing, and permitting a variety of residential master-planned communities, commercial, and multi-family development projects. His current projects include Carnes Crossroads, a 2,500-acre master-planned community located in Goose Creek; Captain’s Island, an 80-acre luxury residential community located off the Wando River on the northern end of Daniel Island; and The Waterfront, a 22-acre upscale mixed-use development located along the Wando River on Daniel Island.
Eric Pinto joined Thomas & Hutton in May of 2018 and is a Project Manager in our Charleston Structural Department. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Structural Engineering from The Citadel. As a project manager, Eric is responsible for overseeing structural design and construction for a variety of industrial, commercial, and residential projects across the southeast. His current projects include the new Horry County Emergency Operations Center in Myrtle Beach; redesigned Travis Field Wastewater Treatment Plant and Hutchinson Island Sea Wall in Savannah, Georgia; MacDill Air Force Base Flight Simulator Hangar in Tampa, Florida; and Fish Camp Road Pavilion on Daniel Island.
