Project description: The first floor of the new 12,908 SF facility will house two drive-through apparatus bays along with storage rooms, a spacious lobby, restroom, an ice and vending machine area, and offices for the Lieutenant and Captain. The second floor will serve as the living quarters, complete with bunk room, locker room and showers for eight firefighters, as well as an officers’ bedroom with shower, laundry room, and a full-sized kitchen with a day room and dining area.
