Project description: The first phase of the Judson Mill redevelopment is nearing completion. Phase 1, which includes 200 apartments and Building 2 which contains amenities, entertainment and retail, will be completed this June with renovations beginning on Building 4 shortly after. One of Greenville’s largest former textile mills with over 850,000 SF of space, Judson Mill closed in 2015 and is located near St. Francis Hospital off Easley Bridget Road near the edge of downtown.
