Project description: 45 Isabella Street is a 7,420 square foot building that has been completely renovated and provides a collaborative, repurposed feel for todays tenants. The building delivered 5 spec suites with three of them being pre-leased to BR+A, Aftco and Boyd Architects. The two remaining spec suites are in the 1,800 to 2,400 SF range and the building offers parking at 4 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet. The building is directly adjacent to Lewis’ BBQ. Brian Connolly of JLL handles the leasing.
