Project description: Grand Oaks Retail is a new 7,500 SF outparcel off Bees Ferry Road in West Ashley, SC. Anchored by a Starbucks drive-thru, this mixed-use retail and restaurant building will add to the diversity of service offered to this growing community. This retail center is across the street from a larger development off Bees Ferry anchored around a new Harris Teeter grocery store.
