Project description: A 51,450 SF 3-story renovation including a 2nd floor entrance, offices, classrooms, kitchenettes, restrooms and roof. The 605 SF addition of new elevator and machine room consists of structural steel, joists, trusses and metal decking on load bearing CMU with brick veneer. Upgrades to HVAC, electrical, technology and fire protection. Interior finishes of LVT, porcelain tile, carpet tiles, acoustical ceilings, paint and casework. The roof is a fluid applied coating over a modified bitumen base.
