Project description: The redesign is centered around an 11,000 SF Hiring Hall where up to 500 members will collect three times daily to determine how, and by who, work at the State Ports Authority will be completed. The scope also includes space for secure employee pay distribution, the health screening of new and current members, various meeting rooms, a merchandise store built into a shipping container, and a 3,500 SF dining hall with outdoor seating and views of the Ashley River marsh.
