Christian Dicroce, with the capital markets group of Avison Young, represented Four Oaks Capital LLC in the sale of a 33-unit multifamily property in Columbia. The property at 2807 School House Road, built for the affordable and subsidized housing market, sold Feb. 13 for $2.1 million. The buyer was an out-of-state investment group.

NAI Columbia facilitated the $4.4 million sale of a large parcel of undeveloped land at 310 Killian Road in an effort led by Bobby Balboni and Patrick Palmer. Less than eight miles from Scout Motors development, the property is located in the northeast of Richland County along Interstate 77. Saying in a statement she was inspired by Richland County’s evolution over the years, long-time owner Deborah Dillon of Phoenix Family Partners enlisted Balboni and Palmer to craft and implement a land use strategy aligning with the community’s current needs, leading to the execution of the sale.

“Palmer and Balboni worked for several years to study the market, develop a plan, secure the needed zoning and overcome other challenges to ultimately find the right buyer for the property,” Dillon said in the statement. Spanning more than 161 acres in total, the site is considered to have high potential as mixed-use development.


Rox Pollard, Danny Bonds and John Gressette of Colliers South Carolina represented Cardinal Crossing LLC in the lease of 1,540 square feet of retail space at Cardinal Crossing, 4619 Forest Drive in Forest Acres, to Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar, and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 1025 and 1035 Dreyfuss Road in Columbia. The property is a 22,000-square-foot industrial space near downtown Columbia and it sold for $1,200,000.


NAI Columbia’s Milliken Land Team consisting of Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston, sold about 262 acres of land in Blythewood, off Swygert Road, for $2 million. Mungo homes was the purchaser and plans to develop 400-plus single family homes.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar, and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia leased 2,800 square feet of space to Soda City Glass at 1053 Sunset Blvd in West Columbia.

Bobby Balboni and Patrick Palmer leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Village at Sandhill.


Jeff Hein and Will DuPree leased  3,150 square feet of office space in the Landmark Business Park to Southern Dental Alliance.


Bruce Greenberg of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 3,000-square-foot flex space at 809 Idlewilde Blvd. in Columbia.


Dail Longaker of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 5,135-square-foot retail building at 400 W. Main St. in Lexington for $1,525,000.

Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents for the lease of 324 N. Pine St. in Spartanburg, where CRF LLC leased 1,848 square feet of office space to Bevid Medical Inc. for $82,494 for three years.


Agent Mike Tan of Spencer/Hines Properties helped facilitate a three-year lease deal for 1,571 square feet of retail space for $87,489. My Curvy Wellness LLC leased Suite G at 2932 Reidville Road in Spartanburg for three years from Reidville Road 2932 LLC.


Agent Lynn Spencer of Spencer/Hines Properties handled the sale of about 24 acres of land at 638 N. Dobson Road in Greer. Dobson Road Holdings LLC purchased the property for $2 million from Route 2.
