Bobby Lyons and Luke Lyons of Lyons Industrial Properties helped close a deal for 405 acres in Campobello near Landrum High School. The buyer was the nonprofit Tyger River Foundation, an organization that works to protect and conserve nature and history in the Tyger River basin.

“We promote, protect and restore the natural and historic resources of the Tyger River Area and encourage an active outdoor lifestyle,” the organization says on its website.
