Project description: Restoring three historic buildings at the corner of Ellison and Wall streets in the heart of downtown Fountain Inn and transforming them into a modern community space, while preserving the buildings’ history and repurposing as much original material as possible.
The three-story former flour mill building will house a brewery, a bar area with 15 taps, and seating on the main level. The second floor will be used for additional seating, special events and possibly even a co-working space.

Project description: This new construction building will be a two-story steel structure with masonry veneer situated in the side of a hill. Project description: The project includes a one-story addition with a new media center, art and music classrooms, and associated support spaces. Other upgrades include converting the old media center into a multipurpose gym. Exterior work includes extending the car-rider line drive loop and adding new canopies connecting portions of the building.

At the rear, a small addition and relocation of stairs is planned to better connect the two levels while increasing accessibility.

There also will be a 1,000-square-foot building addition off the rear of the nave containing a new chapel and sacristy.
